GoTo AI Receptionist Pricing: What Is Published and What Is Not

HiBell › Insights

If you searched for GoTo AI Receptionist pricing hoping for a number, here is the short answer: GoTo does not publish one. Every plan on its pricing page says Contact Sales, and AI Receptionist is listed as an add-on.

That does not mean you have to go into the sales call blind. GoTo has explained how the billing is structured, and that tells you what to ask. This was checked against GoTo’s own pages in October 2026.

What GoTo has said

  • It is an add-on. AI Receptionist sits on top of a GoTo Connect plan, so you need GoTo’s phone system first. Source: GoTo Connect pricing.
  • There are two ways to pay. GoTo’s FAQ says you can pay per minute, or choose a fixed-price plan that includes 3,000 minutes with overage charges.
  • Price varies by region. The same FAQ says pricing depends on where you are and to contact them. Source: GoTo AI Receptionist FAQ.

No dollar figure appears on any of those pages. You may see numbers quoted on forums or review sites. Treat them as guesses until GoTo confirms them to you in writing.

Who sets it up and what it covers

GoTo describes guided onboarding inside the product, so you configure it yourself. It handles voice calls and can pass follow-ups to email or a CRM. GoTo’s pages do not list text messaging, web chat, WhatsApp or social messages for this product.

Seven questions for the sales call

  1. What is the per-minute rate in my region?
  2. What does the 3,000-minute plan cost, and what is the overage rate past 3,000?
  3. Which GoTo Connect plan do I need, how many seats, and what does each seat cost?
  4. Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
  5. How are minutes counted? Does a call that rings and hangs up use any?
  6. Is there a minimum term, and what happens to the price at renewal?
  7. Which languages are supported today? GoTo’s own pages say different things on this, so ask.

Get one number. Ask for a single monthly total at your expected call volume, with seats, the add-on and overage all included. That is the only figure you can compare with anything else.

How HiBell is different

GoTo AI Receptionist is a feature you add to a phone system and set up yourself. HiBell is a managed service: our team builds the agent with you, connects it to your calendar and systems, reviews real conversations and keeps improving it. It covers calls, web chat, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and SMS, and it does not require you to change phone providers.

You start with a free 30-day managed pilot, and usage and any phone or third-party costs are confirmed with you before launch. For more on reading a quote, see the hidden costs of AI voice agents.
